Work one-on-one with children, teens or adults to practice the skills in their plan, with close support from a BCBA.

- Run fun, structured sessions at home and in the community
- Take simple notes on progress

Full-time · Hybrid field & office
Lead assessments, write person-centered plans, coach families and mentor a small team of RBTs and job coaches.
What you’ll do
- Complete assessments and treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Partner with families, schools and employers

Job Coach

Help teens and adults get ready for work, learn new jobs and build independence on the job.
What you’ll do
- Practice interviews, routines and work tasks
- Support people on the job, then fade back
- Work with employers to set people up for success
